The Real Superman: Jonathan Heath

Jonathan Heath was involved with a startup before he decided to move on to a more established company. His reasoning? It was the best way to eventually get back to startup life.

“I knew that startup was now in a different phase and was not a growth environment for me any longer,” says Jonathan, who’s now a Technical Product Manager at Vertiv Co.

“I wanted to learn a bit more about how product development can be done before using that in any new ventures. The folks within the Urban Engine environment inspired me to take a different path if it felt right along with taking a risk with a new venture soon.”

Although he’s not ready to talk about any current ventures he’s working on, Jonathan pointed out a few friends who are part of what he called Huntsville’s underrated community of entrepreneurs.

“Firia Labs is doing some cool work in coding education, ACS Designs is rocking the electronics design, and Flourish Consulting Services is ready to assist in growing businesses for public relations,” he says. “It is great to be exposed to those constantly actioning on their aspirations. CoWorking Night puts me around them socially as well as getting to hear their stories via formal programs and sessions.”
